Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the Billing page in your account settings.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier (100 tracks)

2. Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within this period, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals (cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@spotidal.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
